Since 2014, Building Momentum, our parent company, has been training the Department of Defense (over 1500 active duty service members) with Innovation Bootcamp; bringing the technology of the 21st century to active-duty service members all over the world. This same training has become the cornerstone of the bespoke offerings made to schools, community groups, and corporate clients through Innovation Elevated (corporate training) and Innovation Academy (camps & after-school programs for kids).
Whether it’s on the battlefield or in the boardroom, our unique curriculum and agenda will empower participants, of any age, to break outside of their everyday routine and approach one others and any challenges in new and exciting ways.
Innovation Elevated - Corporate Training
At Building Momentum, we empower your team to think differently. Through our unique, interactive learning methods, we encourage executives, team leaders and employees alike to go beyond the whiteboard. Our methods have been tested in corporate settings as well as in the battlefields of Afghanistan and Iraq and have resulted in stronger teams with clear outcomes and paths towards success.

Private Welding Classes
Both beginners and experts may now schedule private welding classes. These classes are made up of 2 or more students and start at $125 per person. During class you can participate in either a group challenge or you can build your own metal creation - the choice is yours! These classes typically range between 2-4 hours.

Community Classes
The Garden is opening its shop to members of the community to work and learn in a state-of-the-art workspace. Adults and children alike can participate in problem-solving solutions incorporating technology and teamwork. Keep an eye out for 2022’s Innovation Academy schedule where students 4th through 12th graders learn and reinforce STEAM concepts in a hands-on, creative environment.
