What is The Garden?

The Garden is 2600 square feet of innovative event space that is perfect for your corporate training. Located within a two-minute walk from the Van Dorn Metro station on the Blue line, it has everything you need to run a successful corporate training event. From a seating capacity of up to 200 people, to all the presentation equipment you need to get the nitty gritty done in fashionable manner. Outside food and drink is welcome and The Garden’s professional event planners are ready to assist you with all the details of our corporate training event.

Real Team Building 

The real team building magic happens just outside The Garden’s event hall and inside our welding and woodworking shop. There’s nothing quite like building team dynamics over a hot flame as you and your team learn and work together to create through welding or precise woodworking. 

Want to spark some healthy competition? Come together as individual teams to build a gravity go-kart that you will race head to head. It’ll be sales vs service; accounting vs HR; operations vs tech support. However you divide up your corporate office, The Garden’s unique and innovative team building experience is sure to bring your whole team together in ways you never thought possible.

Some Capacity Rules

The COVID-19 pandemic shook things up around the world, and it was no different here in The Garden. Luckily, our event space is large enough to accommodate 200 socially distanced guests. 

All guests have been required to wear a mask per the state of Virginia and the CDC guidelines. As Virginia’s regulations start to relax, with a tentative end of COVID-19 mitigations set for May 28th, 2021, The Garden will not require face coverings for guests who have been fully vaccinated. Face coverings will still be required for all guests who have not been fully vaccinated, and social distancing will still be required.
